- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags and labels must remain attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Clothing that has been worn or washed.
- Customized or personalized items made to order.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse.
3. Return Process

- Complete the return form and provide your order number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back to the address provided by our team.
4. Product Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process and indicate your preference for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items received.
